You most likely have a number of practice openings you’re trying to fill. You’ve cultivated good working relationships with your clients and they are receptive to considering candidates you present. Naturally, you’d like to fulfill your clients’ physician recruiting needs as soon as possible (before someone else does!) and motivated candidates are needed for everyone’s goals to be met.

If you don’t have anything at the present, (and here’s the hard part), simply delete the email! Total time invested: a couple of seconds.
But if you DO have a match, it could be the beginning of making a client and candidate very happy! (And just might put a smile on your face too.)
